Chakrapur Chakra Opening Course

1. Nature of the Programme

The Chakrapur Chakra Opening Course is a spiritual education and practice programme focused on chakra opening, spiritual development and Kundalini-related practices.

This programme is not a medical treatment, psychotherapy service, psychiatric treatment, or medical or energy-healing class. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any physical or psychological illness.

No major physical healing, psychological healing, disease reversal or immediate transformation is promised upon registration or participation.

2. Mental and Psychological Health

Participants must carefully assess their mental and psychological suitability before enrolling.

If you have a diagnosed or suspected serious mental health condition, a history of psychosis or mania, severe dissociation, or another condition that could make intensive meditation or Kundalini-related practices unsuitable, you must seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.

If you are currently experiencing significant psychological distress or are receiving treatment for a serious mental health condition, please consult your treating professional before enrolling. Do not discontinue prescribed medication or treatment because of this programme.

Registration does not constitute medical clearance or confirmation that you are suitable for these practices.

3. Physical Health and Medical Suitability

Participants should not enrol without appropriate medical advice if they have a serious or unstable medical condition that could make meditation, breathwork or other course practices unsafe.

This includes, where relevant, serious cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, seizure disorders, significant respiratory conditions, recent major surgery, or other health conditions that may be affected by the practices.

Pregnant participants, people recovering from major illness or surgery, and anyone with health concerns should consult a qualified healthcare professional before undertaking practices that may be physically or psychologically demanding.

Participants must disclose relevant safety concerns to the course provider where appropriate and must not participate in any practice that their healthcare professional has advised them to avoid.

4. Personal Responsibility and Safety

Participants are responsible for monitoring their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing throughout the programme.

If you experience severe anxiety, panic, persistent dizziness, unusual perceptual disturbances, significant sleep disruption or other distressing symptoms during or after a practice, stop the practice and seek appropriate professional support.

The course facilitator may recommend pausing participation or declining to guide particular practices if there are reasonable concerns about a participant's safety.

5. Possible Emotional and Karmic Experiences

Participants acknowledge that spiritual practices, meditation and personal introspection may bring previously unexamined memories, emotions, relationship patterns or personal concerns into awareness.

Within the spiritual framework of Chakrapur, these experiences may be described as the emergence of karmic packages or unresolved karmic patterns.

Participants understand that such terminology reflects the programme's spiritual framework and is not a medical diagnosis or a scientifically established mechanism.

The nature, intensity and timing of personal experiences cannot be predicted or guaranteed. Participants agree to proceed at a pace appropriate to their circumstances, follow safety guidance, and seek qualified support when necessary.

No participant should be pressured to interpret distress, illness or trauma as a karmic consequence.

6. No Guaranteed Chakra Opening

Participants understand that chakra opening is a spiritual process whose duration and experience vary from person to person.

Opening all seven chakras may take a few months, many years, or longer, depending on the individual's experience, practice, circumstances and personal understanding of the process.

No fixed timeline, guaranteed result or completion date is promised. Enrolling in the course does not mean that any chakra will open immediately or that all seven chakras will open within the subscription period.

7. Transformation and Expected Outcomes

Participants acknowledge that any transformation associated with the programme is not guaranteed simply by registering, attending sessions, or paying the course fee.

Within the Chakrapur framework, the deeper transformation described by the programme is associated with the opening of all seven chakras. Participants understand that this is a spiritual teaching and an intended outcome, not a guaranteed or medically validated result.

Changes in health, finances, relationships, career, emotional wellbeing or other areas of life are not promised. Individual experiences and outcomes will differ.

8. Individual Experiences May Differ

Participants may report different physical sensations, emotions, insights or spiritual experiences. Some may experience noticeable changes, while others may experience subtle changes or no distinct sensations.

The absence of unusual sensations does not establish failure, and unusual sensations do not establish that a chakra has opened.

Participants agree not to compare their progress with other students or to force practices in pursuit of a particular experience.

9. One-Year Subscription Validity

The Chakrapur Chakra Opening Course is offered as a yearly subscription or annual programme, according to the package selected at registration.

The subscription is valid for one year from the activation date specified by Soul Purpose Academy or another commencement date explicitly stated at checkout.

Participants understand and agree that:

• The fee paid covers the specified one-year subscription period only.
• The fee does not purchase guaranteed opening of all seven chakras.
• The subscription does not automatically extend until the participant achieves chakra opening or the desired transformation.
• If the participant has not completed the intended spiritual process within one year, the original subscription does not automatically continue.
• Continued access or participation beyond the validity period requires renewal or another arrangement expressly offered by Soul Purpose Academy.
• Any renewal fee, renewal period and applicable conditions will be communicated before renewal.

Participants are encouraged to consider the potential duration of the spiritual process before purchasing a one-year package.

10. Access to Course Materials and Sessions

Access to sessions, recordings, learning materials, community spaces and other resources is limited to the inclusions expressly stated in the selected package.

Live-session schedules, facilitator availability, session formats and course delivery may be adjusted when reasonably necessary. Where possible, material changes will be communicated to participants.

Recordings, if provided, are subject to the access period and conditions stated at registration. Access to a recording is not guaranteed unless explicitly included in the package.

11. Attendance and Personal Practice

Participants are responsible for attending sessions, reviewing permitted course materials and practising only within the guidance provided.

Missed sessions, periods of inactivity or failure to complete recommended practices do not automatically extend the subscription period.

Participants must not undertake advanced practices beyond the instructions or guidance provided by the course facilitator.

12. Fees and Payment

The participant agrees to pay the fee displayed for the selected package at the time of registration. Any instalment arrangements, additional charges or renewal fees must be disclosed before the participant commits to them.

13. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund policy applicable to the programme will be displayed or provided at checkout before payment.

No blanket promise of a refund, nor an unconditional prohibition on refunds, is created by these terms. Any cancellation, refund or withdrawal request will be handled in accordance with the disclosed policy and applicable consumer-protection law.

Nothing in these terms removes any non-waivable rights that a participant may have under applicable law.

14. Renewal

A new subscription period, renewal charge or automatic renewal must follow the renewal terms disclosed to the participant before they agree to it. Where automatic renewal applies, the applicable price, timing and cancellation procedure must be clearly communicated.

15. Respectful Conduct

Participants must treat facilitators and other participants respectfully and must not harass, threaten, discriminate against or intentionally disrupt others.

Soul Purpose Academy may restrict or discontinue access where necessary to address serious misconduct, safety concerns or a material breach of these terms, subject to applicable law and any relevant refund obligations.

16. Confidentiality

Participants should respect the privacy of other students and must not share personal stories, private communications or identifiable information from group sessions without the person's permission.

Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in a group setting, because other participants may not comply with this request.

17. Intellectual Property

Course materials, videos, recordings, manuals, teaching methods, graphics and other original resources remain the property of Soul Purpose Academy or their respective rights holders.

Participants may use the materials for their own personal learning as permitted by the package. They may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publicly upload, record or commercially exploit the materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

18. No Guarantee of Professional Qualification

Participation in the course does not automatically qualify a participant as a medical practitioner, psychologist, psychotherapist, or other regulated professional.

Participants must not represent themselves as qualified to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions solely because they have completed this programme.

19. No Substitute for Professional Care

Participants acknowledge that the programme does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, mental healthcare, psychotherapy or other professional services.

Soul Purpose Academy does not instruct participants to stop medication, discontinue treatment or disregard advice from qualified healthcare professionals.

20. No Guarantee of Specific Results

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Soul Purpose Academy does not guarantee that a participant will achieve a specific spiritual experience, chakra-opening result, personal transformation or particular life outcome.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for negligence or other obligations imposed by applicable law.

21. Changes to the Programme

Soul Purpose Academy may make reasonable changes to the programme, schedule, learning materials or delivery arrangements. Material changes affecting the participant's purchased package will be communicated where reasonably practicable and handled in accordance with applicable law and the disclosed purchase terms.

22. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are intended to operate subject to the applicable laws of India, including relevant consumer-protection and data-protection requirements.

Any dispute will be addressed in accordance with applicable law and the legally available remedies and jurisdiction.
